Mr. Paul focuses his practice on tax and tax controversy, with experience in litigating matters in federal court involving ERC refund claims, federal tax liens, FBAR matters and other tax penalties. He also practices transactional matters in taxable and non-taxable acquisitions. Mr. Paul is experienced in advising clients on state and local tax matters including property tax and sales and use tax. His background includes serving as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division. Mr. Paul is pursuing a Taxation LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center.
