Mr. Cornell is a transactional tax lawyer experienced in both taxable and non-taxable acquisitions. He represents clients in all stages of both corporate and partnership transactions and has handled private equity deals, sovereign wealth investments, joint venture formations and public equity offerings. He is experienced with a variety of transaction structures that involve complex and technical tax issues for both domestic and multinational businesses.
