Mr. Vorsteg is a partner in the firm's Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation Section handling complex business reorganizations, loan restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies and related commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He has extensive experience representing corporate debtors, court-appointed committees, trustees, plan administrators and other stakeholders in bankruptcy cases, financial restructurings, litigation and related matters throughout the United States.
