Hroblak, Nussbaum & Ryan Listed in Inaugural Edition of Benchmark Plaintiff 2012
Baltimore – For the first time, Legal Media Group, publisher of the well-known guide Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys, which focuses exclusively on litigation in the United States, has researched and ranked the nation’s top plaintiff lawyers in their new Benchmark Plaintiff guide.
Only four firms in Maryland were ranked in the top “Highly Recommended” tier, including Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. Three of the firm’s partners, William F. Ryan, Jr. and Kevin G. Hroblak, both co-chairs of the firm’s Litigation Services Department, and Paul M. Nussbaum, chair of the firm’s Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Litigation Section, were recognized in the publication as “Litigation Stars,” described as “individuals who were highly recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers.” Specifically, Mr. Nussbaum was noted as “a fantastic negotiator and a skilled strategist.” Mr. Ryan was described as “an extremely talented litigator, consummate professional [who] gives his all to each matter.” And, Mr. Hroblak was recognized for, among other things, having a “keen analytic mind and work[ing] in unrelenting fashion toward the client’s objectives.”
“Being highly recommended in the inaugural Plaintiff edition of this popular legal guide is a testament to Paul, Kevin, and Bill’s well-established experience in representing plaintiffs in complex business and bankruptcy litigation across the country,” said Martin T. Fletcher, Managing Partner. “They have teamed together experienced commercial and business litigators with bankruptcy professionals to create an innovative, complex litigation team focused on representing plaintiffs in business disputes.”
