Ilana Subar Elected to Whiteford’s Executive Board

We are pleased to announce that Ilana Subar has been elected to Whiteford's Executive Board. A seasoned litigator across industries, Ms. Subar is based in the Baltimore office. She has over 25 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

Ms. Subar's practice encompasses business litigation, intellectual property and trade secret disputes, franchise litigation and international practice. She has represented clients in numerous injunction proceedings, class actions, trademark and copyright infringement suits, trade secret misappropriation cases, breach of contract and fraud actions, insurance coverage disputes and international arbitration. She is also a member of the firm's Cyber Security Industry Group and E-Discovery Group and advises clients on data management and privacy issues. For over 15 years Ms. Subar has served as a governing board member of Lexwork International, a global network of midsized, independent law firms in major cities located throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
