Labor & Employment Attorney Randi Hyatt Joins Whiteford in Baltimore

Ms. Hyatt has nearly 30 years of experience in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, investigations, disability, leave issues, wage and hour audits and personnel matters. She provides onsite workplace training for all levels of management and prepares employment agreements and handbooks. She represents employers in state and federal courts in litigation involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and other state laws. A former adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law, she currently serves as a mentor to first-year law students.
