Whiteford Names New Co-Managing Partners to Lead Baltimore Office

We are pleased to announce that Todd Brooks and Randi Hyatt have been appointed Co-Managing Partners of Whiteford’s Baltimore office. With 110 lawyers and staff, the Baltimore office is the largest of the firm’s 17 offices and serves as its headquarters.

Todd Brooks is Co-Chair of Whiteford’s Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation Practice. He focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, including those arising out of insolvency and receivership proceedings. His clients include healthcare providers, real estate developers, telecommunications carriers, entertainment companies, hospitality enterprises, manufacturers, chemical companies, luxury home builders, freight carriers, retailers, energy providers and entrepreneurs.

Randi Hyatt is a Partner in Whiteford’s Labor and Employment Group and a trusted advisor to management clients on employment law concerns, including sensitive internal matters and investigations. She regularly represents employers in state and federal courts and agencies on matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, protected medical leaves, wrongful termination, breach of employment agreements and related claims. She serves clients in the healthcare, construction, banking, education, nonprofit and government sectors, among others.
