Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Fletcher is an experienced business advisor, representing companies from the boardroom to the courtroom. For more than twenty years, he has counseled clients on some of their most significant business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate governance and crisis management. His experience spans a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare, energy, cybersecurity, nonprofits and community associations, among others. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fletcher served as in-house counsel at a national bank.
