Ms. Lopez is an Associate in the firm’s Community Associations group.  She represents condominium unit owner associations, homeowner associations, and housing cooperative entities.  She also has commercial litigation experience, including breach of contract, trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets. She previously clerked for the Honorable David Bernhard on the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
