Mr. Dill has been a trial lawyer in Kentucky for 41 years.  He has tried medical malpractice cases throughout Kentucky to verdict, including multiple seven figure verdicts and many favorable outcomes for victims of medical negligence.  In addition, he has tried successful verdict cases involving trucking accidents, personal injury, products liability, and employment discrimination. 

Mr. Dill has extensive criminal trial experience, including representation of defendants in, and trial of, capital cases.
