Ms. Leite represents clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including business torts, contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, construction, personal injury, and employment law. Her broad experience before state and federal courts, juries, and administrative and arbitral forums has given her a valuable perspective as a trial attorney and counselor. 

Ms. Leite represents and defends corporate clients and individuals in various complex litigation matters, contract disputes, fiduciary litigation, and tort-related actions. Her experience also includes counseling hospitality groups and other businesses in the Washington Metropolitan area to mitigate risk and resolve issues with an emphasis on practical, business-focused resolutions. Ms. Leite works closely with her clients to provide tailored advice in corporate and strategic business matters, including corporate formation and management issues, stockholder and membership rights and disputes, complex business contracts, commercial leases, acquisitions, franchising, and defense of intellectual property, labor and employment disputes, and daily operational concerns. She draws on a wide range of experience to carefully guide her clients toward sensible workplace solutions. 

While in law school, she served as senior staff for the International Law Review and worked at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. She holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
