Ms. Patel is an experienced environmental and real estate attorney. She advises on compliance and regulatory matters on a wide range of environmental, conservation and other legislative acts and is experienced with encroachment management, environmental planning, land use management and real estate agreements. She previously interned for the Environmental Protection Agency, the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the DOJ, and for the Hon. James A. Kenney, III on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
