Ms. Marks serves as the firm’s Director of Legal Talent Recruiting. She is responsible for managing and administering the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and integration of all attorneys including laterals, entry-level and mid-level Associates, and Summer Associates in the firm’s multiple offices. She has extensive experience from her time as a recruiting manager at two AmLaw 50 firms, where she focused on on-campus branding, student DEI initiatives, and lateral recruiting and retention.
