Mr. Zuk specializes in resolving complex disputes in real estate, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. With experience in asset valuation, contractual disagreements, and confidentiality issues, he provides comprehensive legal support from drafting initial complaints to managing intricate discovery processes. His clients include industries such as printing, manufacturing, government contracting, and commercial landlords in eviction proceedings.
 
Mr. Zuk also represents clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including tax evasion, wire fraud, contract disputes, and premises liability cases. Additionally, Mr. Zuk's experience includes white-collar criminal defense. His legal experience extends to aiding non-profits and pro-bono cases, ensuring equitable outcomes across a broad spectrum of legal challenges.
 
He has served as an intern for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County and the Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Office, as well as for the U.S. General Services Administration Suspension & Debarment and Contract Remedies Division.
