Ms. Looney is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. She advises clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Her experience includes an internship in the Civil Rights Office at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. While in law school, she served on the George Mason Law Review.
