Brad Englander Recognized as One of "Washington's Top Lawyers" by Washingtonian Magazine
Washington, DC -- Whiteford, Taylor & Preston is delighted to announce that, for the third time in a row, Bradford F. Englander has been selected as one of the leading bankruptcy lawyers in the Washington, D.C., area to be listed in Washingtonian Magazine's annual feature, Washington's Top Lawyers.
Mr. Englander represents debtors, creditor committees, lenders and other parties, and has served as a Chapter 11 Trustee in bankruptcy cases and receiverships involving operating companies, government contractors, retail, construction and home builders, airlines, hotels, radio and television stations, manufacturing concerns and oil refineries. He also has extensive experience in real estate Chapter 11 cases as counsel for lenders, debtors and other parties in interest.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A. 1980, with honors) and of Washington and Lee University School of Law (J.D. 1985, cum laude), and is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland.
