Jessica Gorsky Named Co-Chair of Whiteford's Tax and Private Wealth Practice

Whiteford is pleased to announce that Jessica M. Gorsky has been elected as Co-Chair of the firm's Tax and Private Wealth Section. With a focus on private wealth and estates- and trusts-related taxation, Ms. Gorsky advises clients on estate and trust planning; estate and trust administration; estate, gift and business tax; business succession planning; guardianships; and special needs planning.

A 2024 recipient of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore Fred Walpert Young Leadership Award, Ms. Gorsky is active in a wide array of professional activities, including membership in the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, as well as a number of sections of the Maryland State Bar Association (“MSBA”), including:  Estates and Trusts Law, Elder and Disability Law, Business Law and Taxation Law.  She is additionally active with the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland, Maryland Legal Aid and CHANA of Baltimore.
