Preeminent Community Associations Lawyer Todd Sinkins Joins Whiteford in Falls Church

Mr. Sinkins is a preeminent advisor to property owners’ associations and condominium associations of all sizes—including large master associations and condominium associations in Virginia and the District of Columbia. A recognized leader of the community associations bar, he is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), having served on the Washington Metropolitan Chapter’s Board of Directors and chaired the DC Legislative Action Committee. Mr. Sinkins is also a member of the CAI National Amicus Committee, Government and Public Affairs Committee and a fellow in the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) through which he has been recognized as part of a select group of 165 lawyers nationwide for his expertise in the representation of community associations.
