Thomas Mugavero Joins Washington DC Office of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston
May 27th, Washington, DC - Whiteford, Taylor & Preston L.L.P is pleased to announce that Thomas Mugavero has joined the firm as Counsel in the Washington, D.C., Office. Mr. Mugavero joins the firm after serving in the Staff Counsel's office of The Hartford. While with Hartford, Mr. Mugavero was involved in representing insured individuals and companies in a variety of lawsuits. Mr. Mugavero also served as partner in the law firm of Montedonico, Hamilton & Altman, P.C., where he focused his practice in employment discrimination and commercial litigation. Mr. Mugavero is a graduate of the Georgetown School of Law and the School of Foreign Service in 1989 and Yale University in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as the Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and District of Columbia Circuit. He lives in Falls Church with his family.
