Whiteford Welcomes Corporate Attorney in Richmond

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston is pleased to announce that Clarke Bonney has joined the firm as an associate in its Business and Corporate practice, resident in Richmond.  Mr. Bonney advises clients on matters related to entity ownership, governance, reorganizations, commercial contracts and operating agreements.  A 2016 graduate of William & Mary Law School, he has clerked for both the Honorable Glenn R. Croshaw and the Honorable Leslie L. Lilley in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court.
