Mr. Bonney is an experienced M&A attorney whose practice extends to all aspects of buy- and sell-side transactions. He has counseled clients on successfully closing transactions ranging in value from $500,000 to more than $350 million, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and dissolutions. His M&A experience spans industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, food and beverage, wholesale distribution, restaurants/hospitality and retail.
 
In addition to his M&A experience, Mr. Bonney regularly advises clients on general corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts on behalf of clients of all sizes, including multibillion-dollar corporations. He also routinely serves as outside counsel to privately held companies, overseeing their legal strategy and advising owners and senior management on all of their legal needs.
