Whiteford Welcomes Two New Associates to Richmond

Geoff focuses his practice on venture capital and technology. He has experience in capital markets, corporate governance and M&A matters, including as a Risk Policy & Governance Associate with Bank of Montreal Capital Markets. A 2015 graduate of Stanford Law School, he received a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan in 2009. He is admitted to practice in Virginia.
Michelle focuses her practice on litigation matters, including liability defense, coverage disputes, property damage and medical malpractice. She previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Roderick C. Young on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. A 2021 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude, she received a B.A. in Classical Studies, summa cum laude, from Dickinson College in 2017. She is admitted to practice in Virginia.
