Condemnation / Eminent Domain

We represent property owners and their right to fight against the taking of their land and, if taken, to secure fair and just compensation for it.  As one of the few eminent domain/condemnation practices in the State of Maryland, we have extensive experience representing property owners in eminent domain cases throughout the State.  We have fought these cases at all levels and are particularly successful in courts before juries.
