Ms. Rukstalis is an Associate in the firm’s Community Associations practice.  She represents condominium unit owner associations, homeowner associations, and housing cooperative entities.

She previously clerked for the Honorable Randy I. Bellows of the Fairfax County Circuit Court and served as a judicial intern in the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney on the Supreme Court of Virginia. While in law school, Ms. Rukstalis was a Note Editor on the Washington and Lee University Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice (JCRSJ), a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (the National Leadership Honor Society), and the Law Class of 2023 Representative on the Executive Committee of Washington and Lee University.
