Ms. Miller serves as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients seeking estate planning counsel. She assists individuals and families with all manner of sophisticated planning, including special needs trusts, asset protection trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, charitable remainder trust, qualified small business trusts and other trusts used to minimize or eliminate the capital gains and estate taxes. Additionally, she advises business owners and C-level executives on eliminating or minimizing capital gains before a sale or IPO using various means, including qualified small business trusts and charitable remainder trusts.

Ms. Miller's clients appreciate her extensive experience in helping them mitigate or eliminate their estates by developing complex tax and entity planning strategies, including sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts, GRATs, charitable trusts, life insurance trusts and family limited partnership plans. She teaches continuing legal education and is a continuing education sponsor for the Certified Financial Planner Board and insurance agents.
