Mr. Beall focuses his practice on trusts and estates. He is experienced with a wide range of estate planning documents including Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, gift and dynasty trusts, Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, Revocable Living Trusts, testamentary trusts, conduit trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advanced directives. He has also assisted with the formation of business entities such as family limited partnerships, LLCs, tax-exempt organizations and foundations.
