He has led appellate matters throughout Florida and served as co-counsel in a case successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. A Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, he has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Banking and Finance Law (2013-2025) and Litigation—Real Estate (2013-2025). In 2022, Best Lawyers named him Lawyer of the Year in West Palm Beach for Litigation—Real Estate.
