Mr. Ellison is a business-focused trial attorney. Clients turn to him for his understanding of their business interests and long-term goals all through the litigation process. He has decades of experience in complex business litigation, and a national reputation in the financial services sector. He is deeply engaged in the West Palm Beach community, where he has practiced law for 40 years.
Mr. Ellison represents business entities of every description, as well as their top executives. Known for his advocacy in both intra- and inter-company disputes, he has especially deep experience representing financial institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers in high-stakes litigation involving contracts, business torts and regulatory compliance. He has led appellate matters throughout Florida and served as co-counsel in a Truth-in-Lending case successfully argued before the US Supreme court. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
