Whiteford Represents Groundswell Consulting Group on Sale of the Company

On July 12, CollabraLink Technologies, a technology integrator based in McLean, VA, announced its acquisition of Herndon-based Groundswell Consulting Group, a leading provider of Appian development and integration services to US federal agencies. Eric Vendt led a team representing Groundswell that included John Selbach, Jay Keeton, Dwight Hopewell and Angad Kanwal, with help from David Stevens and Mary Claire Chesshire. The integrated company will assume the Groundswell name, and Groundswell’s founders will continue with the firm as investors and operating executives.
