Mr. Trice is a corporate transactional attorney with over 25 years of experience as legal counsel, a corporate executive and entrepreneur. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to small and middle-market companies, and tax-exempt organizations. He has worked closely with business owners, executive leadership and corporate boards advising on myriad business matters, including structuring, contracts, capital raising, risk mitigation, compliance, commercial lease negotiation, succession planning, and buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He has served as legal counsel on a number of organization’s complex economic development projects.
Mr. Trice has extensive practical and legal experience in the federal government contracts sector and in representing government contract companies. He advises on government contract compliance, prime and subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, independent contractor agreements, settlement agreements and, more generally, the unique dynamics of doing business with the federal government.
Mr. Trice’s international business practice includes representing multinational businesses and entrepreneurs across the African diaspora in cross-border transactions. He has particular experience in Ghana, West Africa, in the infrastructure sector.
