Mr. Hancock focuses on negotiating and structuring health care transactions on behalf of private equity backed management services organizations and other healthcare providers. He also advises clients on the applicability of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations. Before entering private practice, he served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with combat “V” for service in Ramadi, Iraq. He also served as a team leader with U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command.
