Alternative Dispute Resolution

Our attorneys have experience in all aspects of ADR, including serving as counsel to parties involved in mediation and arbitration, as well as serving as mediator or arbitrator in disputes. We have experience in all types of ADR including: mediation, binding and nonbinding arbitration, summary jury trials, mini trials, independent evaluations, and formal and informal settlement conferences.

Our attorneys have served on American Arbitration Association panels, FINRA panels, and several attorneys have been selected by state courts to serve as independent mediators in private civil litigation. Additionally, our firm has experience advising clients on the implementation of internal and external ADR procedures, particularly the questions of when and how to include such procedures in contracts and business relationships.
