Eric C. Rowe
During the course of his 32-year career, Mr. Rowe has developed a wide-ranging and varied law practice. - Obtained summary judgment dismissing high profile defamation case brought against president of marketing firm
- Obtained dismissal of defamation claim brought against trade association and its president
- Obtained summary judgment dismissing claims brought against Member of Congress by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
- Obtained order declaring multi-million dollar judgment held by client to be non-dischargeable in bankruptcy

- Successfully defended aircraft engine manufacturer in trademark infringement suit
- Successfully represented medical services provider in theft of trade secrets case, involving prosecution of the first ever case between two western companies before the Russian State Committee for Anti-Monopoly Policy

- Successfully defended attorneys sued for legal malpractice by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
